PM-KNOWLEDGE (ONLINE ASSESSMENT)
This solution aims to validate the participants’ level of Project Management knowledge with the help of a series of online questionnaires adapted to the participant’s profile and according to the needs and goals of the organization.
An individual report is sent to the participant which includes the results by areas of knowledge. The report is customized to the organization and is directly linked to a comprehensive, learning library that can be used to close knowledge and skill gaps.
A Feedback session could be provided (optional) to the participant or the HRBP to review the assessments results and respond to questions.
A PM-Knowledge dashboard ( and associated reports) provide to the management an immediate view into the current state of talent, and where knowledge gaps are present. This provides data-driven insights into priorities for learning and development.
Project Team Resources
The PMGS Assessment library includes numerous assessment templates and questions that can be arranged and configured to meet the organization exact needs, such as methodology adaptation, specific organization’s roles and specific knowledge areas.
The online assessment could be delivered in multiple languages. As of today, PMGS has developed questionnaires in English, French, German, Chinese and Portuguese.
